Meet the team
Rachel is our head chef, she originates from Ireland but draws on her catering experiences from around Europe. Having a background in Hotel management and a highly successful outdoor catering company she brings a wealth of talent and experience to our team.
Being based in Soller for the last six years Rachel has fallen in love with dishes of the area, her specialty and favourite being Paella. Her talent does not stop there, Rachel prepares a variety of dishes using as much of the local produce as possible, creating tasty fresh locally themed dishes.
Here at Lemon Pie Dining we are always happy to listen to your menu suggestions and we are so lucky to have Rachel who is always willing to go the extra mile to serve up your favourite menu
Sally has a varied background, like Rachel having had her own outside catering company, she then moved into events, weddings being her specialty. This has given her an understanding of the hospitality trade which is vital to ensure the smooth running of your special event, whether just a supper evening or a special celebration.
Also based in Soller for the last three years, Sally has a wish which is to try every restaurant in the valley ! Sally’s enthusiasm for food, especially lemon pie, is always a joy to see. Here at Lemon Pie Dining we are always happy to add that special touch, in fact it’s what Sally loves to do the most !
